Allied Health Association offers medical malpractice insurance for physicians working in the spa environment. This insurance was developed in response to an expanding need for liability insurance for the growing medspa industry.

Allied Health's basic insurance covers derma fillers, Botox, vein treatment, mesotherapy, microdermabrasion, permanent makeup, laser cellulite treatments, tattoo removal and other treatments. Deductibles start at $2,500 for a policy of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. The annual policy charge starts at $3,800 — approximately half the price of what others in the industry typically charge, according to the firm. Its Web site features an easy online application.
