FDA clears bone graft paste

Eatontown, N.J. -- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gave a second approval to the bone graft maker Osteotech, Inc., to market its Grafton Plus DBM Paste.

This product was previously approved for marketing as a bone graft extender, bond graft substitute and bone void filler in orthopedic procedures. This second approval allows the company to market the product for use in dental, oral or other bone work involving the face, head and jaw.
