According to a new on-line survey of British consumers, nearly two-thirds of respondents would "definitely consider" having cosmetic surgery. Rhinoplasty and facelift tied for the top choice. The only major purchase items to win out over the desire for cosmetic procedures? A new car and a holiday vacation. More than 15 percent of respondents were willing to incur debt to have the procedures performed.
