Teresa A. McNulty has joined Cosmetic Surgery Times as the dedicated editor-in-chief, beginning with this issue.
Ms. McNulty, who has more than 20 years of technical communications and publishing experience, comes to CST most recently from a Cleveland-based medical communications firm. There she was responsible for the development of continuing medical educational programming for physicians, working with investigators in the preparation of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, and creating pharmaceutical-related print and multimedia projects.
"This is such a thrilling time in the cosmetic surgery field," Ms. McNulty says. "The clinical advances and techniques are rivaled perhaps only by the remarkable technological developments. I'm looking forward to continuing to advance the CST mission: to provide the latest information to our physician readers and help foster, as we say at the publication, 'the exchange on the aesthetic perspective.'"
Maureen Hrehocik, who has been wearing two hats while serving as editor-in-chief for both Cosmetic Surgery Times and Dermatology Times, will now be able to focus all of her attention on CST's sister publication, Dermatology Times.
