"Good morning everyone. It's great to be here today. The 8:15 AM presentation in Las Vegas is always kind of a question mark, but sometimes I can smell the booze coming off of the audience, but you guys seem okay. I've had the privilege of presenting at some different, um, aesthetic shows, and this is always the most intimidating audience because everyone is always so beautiful and like well dressed and put together. Um, so from my background, my academic background is in demography and sociology. And so that's the lens that we're gonna use to explore these trends today. And this is a little bit of a different, um, type of session because I don't work in aesthetics and, uh, but I've worked alongside the industry and I've worked across many different industries and I've worked a lot in healthcare. And so I'm gonna pull examples from a lot of different places to give you some takeaways for today. And in terms of the takeaways we're going to, it's gonna be a combination of things that impact the workplace, recruitment, retention, engagement, communication, as well as looking at the evolving expectations of customers and clients..."
